Maintenance Engineer : fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Fresher) to support daily maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment. The candidate will be trained to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical issues under supervision
• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs
• Maintain maintenance logs and records
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Coordinate with senior engineers and technicians
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Help maintain tools, spares, and work areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Engineering
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
• Good problem-solving attitude
• Basic understanding of safety practices
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Experience

• Freshers only
• Internship or industrial training is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
