Job Designation: Junior Engineer Maintenance

Position: Permanent / On roll

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (BE Mechanical)

Shift /Hours: Rotational /10 Hrs.

Gender: Male Employee only required

Education: Diploma or Any Degree

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
• Knowledge of machining processes, including turning, milling, and grinding
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation and Maintenance:

• Machine Breakdown Analysis & Problems Solving.
• Both Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge in CNC Machine
• MTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTF (Mean Time Failure) Analysis
• Knowledge about machine maintenance Skills.
• Knowledge About Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts
• Troubleshoot issues and implement repairs to minimize downtime
