Maintenance Engineer - Multicolor

Are you passionate about technology and skilled in hands-on repair work? If so, Jotun Egypt has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate tinting of paint products across our retail network in the Eastern area; Ismailia, Suez, Damietta, Port Said, and Sharkia governorates. Your key tasks will include regularly visiting our partners and dealers, addressing any technical issues with the Multicolor equipment, and resolving them effectively. Your efforts will contribute to the seamless operation of our retail shops and enhance customer satisfaction.

The position will report directly to the Multicolor Manager.

Job Description:

• Establish and execute regular maintenance schedules for Multicolor equipment, addressing technical issues to ensure optimal operation and minimize color complaints.
• Support retail network expansion by coordinating installation, training, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the Multicolor manager.
• Monitor customer complaints about tinted color accuracy, investigating root causes and implementing solutions.
• Conduct training for operators and sales personnel, while providing technical support on software and hardware to ensure accurate tinting and timely delivery of products

Qualifications we Look for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical )
• 1 to 3 Years of experience in the maintenance field
• A driving license is a Must.
• Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
