ey Responsibilities:1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all electrical and mechanical systems, machines, and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, schedules, and work performed.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures and breakdowns.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, bearings, sensors, wiring, PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

3. Installation & Commissioning

• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical standards during installations.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, regulations, and standards.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe maintenance practices at all times.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs for breakdowns, repairs, spares usage, and inspection reports.
• Assist in creating maintenance SOPs and checklists.

6. Coordination

• Liaise with production and other departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or equipment servicing.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years in a maintenance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of both electrical (motors, panels, PLCs, wiring) and mechanical systems (pumps, conveyors, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools, instruments, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PLC programming, industrial safety, or reliability engineering.
• Experience with lean maintenance practices and 5S methodology.

Working Conditions:

• May require shift work or on-call availability during weekends or holidays.
• Work may involve standing, climbing, and exposure to noise, dust, and high-voltage equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,861.62 per month
