Job Title: Maintenance Executive - Surface Treatment

Job Description:
The Maintenance Executive in Surface Treatment is responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance activities on surface treatment equipment and processes. This role includes the regular inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and systems used in surface treatment operations to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The executive will also be involved in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and practices, along with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. Additionally, the Maintenance Executive will collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on surface treatment equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with internal teams or external contractors as necessary.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in surface treatment processes and equipment.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of surface treatment processes and equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.

- Knowledge on EHS, ENMS and OSHAS requirements.

- Measuring instruments (calipers, gauges)
- Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers)
- Power tools (drills, grinders)
- Diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
- Computer software for maintenance management and documentation
