· Job Description:

· Suitable candidates with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Mechanical utilities within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Position: Diploma Associate Engineer 1or 2
• Level (F band) – Mechanical Utility O&M Maintenance Engineer.
• Qualification: Diploma (Only) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Budget – 4 to 5 LPAKey Responsibilities:
• Key knowledge in operation and maintenance of Mechanical utilities specific area in HVAC System, Chillers, VRV Systems, Cooling towers, BMS(Building management system), Pump, Air washer, AHU, Exhaust Fan, Air compressor, Dryer, WTP(Softener, RO) ETP & STP, Domestic water Pump houses. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities along with breakdown handling with analytical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Maintain documentation in line with ISO standards such as QMS, OHSAS, and EMS (related to Mechanical O&M).
• Prepare and manage monthly & daily check sheets & Work permit.
• Maintenance Support Engineer
• Experience Requirement: - Basic knowledge of electrical Utility Operation Maintenance breakdown handling, troubleshooting, and electrical panel maintenance.
• 4-6 years of experience for ITI Electrician candidates
• 2 to 5 years of experience for Diploma Electrical Engineer candidates.
• Budget – 4 to 4.5 LPA
• Technical Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in electrical utilities operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with systems such as:
• Electrical systems: 11KV Substation, DG Set, Lighting, Earthing, Solar System
• Fire systems: Fire Hydrant, Fire Pump House, Fire Extinguishers.
• BMS (DDC Panel Logic / DDC / CPM System)
• ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA System, Access Control, Flap Barrier, Gas Separation System)

*** Preference will be given to candidates based in Bopal, Sanand, or local Ahmedabad region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
