Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance and engineering operations across our multi-property portfolio. The role ensures the smooth functioning of facilities, high safety standards, and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve all maintenance issues across properties.
• Conduct daily checks and ensure preventive maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and carry out emergency release procedures when required.
• Supervise contractors/subcontractors for renovation or special projects.
• Develop and implement energy conservation and emergency programs.
• Maintain all fixtures, fittings, and equipment in safe condition.
• Perform regular safety inspections and ensure staff training.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Positive attitude with commitment to high-quality service.
• Prior supervisory/management experience in a technical role.
• Flexibility to handle multiple properties and diverse tasks.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a technical/engineering maintenance role.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position, preferably in hospitality or Multi-Property operations.
• Proven experience managing renovation projects, contractors, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Background in hotel or facility management is highly desirable.
