Maintenance Executive

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment and facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs and equipment servicing.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and follow maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and minor plumbing issues.
• Supervise housekeeping and other facility-related services if required.
• Recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
