Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Executive to support the smooth operation of our DMC assets, including vehicles, equipment, and campsites. This role is hands-on and vital in ensuring our assets are safe, reliable, and fully prepared for daily operations and events. You will also play a key role in supporting MICE activities, ensuring equipment and logistics are in place for group experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic repairs on vehicles and equipment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of assets for tours, excursions, and events.
• Prepare and maintain equipment for MICE activities and group events.
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure operational needs are met.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance or technical support role.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Experience in outdoor or desert operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment upkeep preferred.
• Vehicle License is mandatory
