Maintenance Executive
Responsibility Deliverable (KRA)
- The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of the store and factory facilities, covering electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as day-to-day maintenance. The role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment that supports seamless operations.
Task & Activities
Daily Tasks

Perform preventive maintenance checklist (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).

Inspect and service machines (Non-Fresh Seafood division).

Check and monitor HVAC systems for proper functioning.

Record utility data:

Water meter reading
-
Ice production reading
-
Energy meter reading
-
Maintain breakdown log sheet (with issue, action, resolution time).
Weekly/Periodic Tasks

Review and update preventive maintenance schedules.

Ensure all equipment and utilities run at optimal efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors/service contractors for unresolved issues.

Submit weekly maintenance report to Operations Manager.
As Required

Respond to breakdowns immediately and resolve within set timelines.

Ensure safety compliance across store and factory.

Keep spares and tools inventory updated.
