Maintenance Executive

• Carry out maintenance works in accordance with maintenance schedule
• Manage, monitor and maintain all plant, equipment's at optimum level performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages
• Has to work closely with the client, contractor, supplier and vendor, keeping track and control schedules and deadlines
• Attend any call related to maintenance request by any department
• Communicate and Coordinate with all the department for the smooth functioning of retreat
• Ensure use of safety gadgets at work
• Review and update pending job list register
• Cleaning and maintaining the maintenance equipment's and tools
• Perform all routine maintenance works
• Deal with the incoming works properly.
• Repairing faulty equipment's and damaged structures
• Planning & scheduling repairs
• Maintaining inventory reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
