Maintenance Executive

A top coffee chain is looking for a Maintenance Executive responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of coffee store equipment and facilities. The role includes preventive and breakdown maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, refrigeration units, electrical systems, plumbing, and overall store infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, exhaust systems, and plumbing.
• Ensure store interiors, fixtures, furniture, and fittings are well maintained.
• Handle minor civil works such as tiling, painting, carpentry, and repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of coffee machines, espresso machines, grinders, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
• Coordinate with authorized service vendors for major repairs or services.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all store equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Raise purchase requests for spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Support store staff with basic equipment handling and care.
• Attend emergency maintenance calls, including weekends or after store hours if required.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in cafés, hotels, or retail chains.
• Knowledge of coffee machines, refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable.
• Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
