Job Description – Maintenance Executive

Location: Chalakudy
Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and maintain facility equipment, machinery, and utilities. The candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day operations by promptly handling maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues and take corrective actions
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are followed at all times
• Support facility management in maintaining operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance works
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to handle emergency maintenance tasks if required
