Maintenance & Fit-Out Operations Manager

Fixen Technical Service LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance & Fit-Out Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all maintenance and fit-out operations from planning to project completion.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance evaluations.
• Review quotations, work orders, material requests, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, fit-out, facilities management, or construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil works, interior fit-out, and building maintenance.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
