Position: Fitter – Mechanical Maintenance
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 3–6 Years in mechanical maintenance (industrial preferred)
Qualification: ITI – Fitter
Salary: As per industry standards
Employment Type: Full-time
Selection Mode: Only Personal Interview (No telephonic/online)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and replacement of worn-out parts.
• Assist engineers during plant shutdowns and overhauls.
• Ensure proper use of tools, tackles, and safety procedures.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and records.
• Support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• ITI – Fitter.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial / heavy manufacturing maintenance.
• Knowledge of alignment techniques, bearings, couplings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
