Maintenance Fitter

• Assemble, fit, and align mechanical parts, tools, and assemblies as per drawings and specifications
• Install and maintain extrusion press components, dies, bolsters, pullers, stretchers, saws, and run-out systems
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize production loss
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, seals, shafts, gears, and couplings
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and alignment tools accurately
• Assist in die change activities and press setup
• Ensure proper lubrication of machines and moving parts
• Follow safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out practices, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain maintenance records, job cards, and spare part usage logs
• Coordinate with operators, electricians, and supervisors during maintenance activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
