Maintenance Fitter

Key Responsibilities

· Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Star-Delta starters and DOL.

· Handling electrical breakdowns of Extrusion machines and other production equipment.

· Maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial and domestic wiring systems.

· Operation and maintenance of utilities including:

Air Compressors, Chillers AND Cooling Towers

· Preventive and breakdown maintenance of:

Transformers

LT Panels

DG (Diesel Generator) sets

UPS systems

· Routine inspection and preventive maintenance planning for electrical systems.

· Maintaining maintenance records and reporting.

· Perform all types of welding.

· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of machines and utilities

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of Star-Delta and DOL starter circuits.

· Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications and Experience

· ITI (Fitter / Mechanical Trade) – Mandatory.

· 3–5 years in extrusion manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹8,119.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month
