Job Title: Turner / Fitter
Department: Production / Maintenance
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Freshers with ITI can apply)
Salary: As per company standards + OT (if applicable)

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Turner and Fitter candidates to support machining, assembly, and maintenance activities in the factory. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, machine handling skills, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities Turner

• Operate lathe machines and turning equipment
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Maintain dimensional accuracy of components
• Perform machine setup and tool changing
• Follow production targets and quality standards

Fitter

• Assemble mechanical components and machines
• Perform drilling, tapping, cutting, and fitting work
• Support machine installation and maintenance
• Identify and rectify mechanical issues
• Ensure proper alignment and fitting accuracy

Required Skills

• Knowledge of machine tools and measuring instruments
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Safety compliance knowledge
• Team working ability

Qualification

• ITI – Turner / Fitter / Machinist
• Diploma Mechanical (Preferred but not mandatory)
