Job Title: Handyman / General Maintenance Technician

Location: Missoula, MT (and surrounding areas)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with carpentry and construction experience to join our team. This role involves a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction projects—both indoor and outdoor—throughout the year for HOA’s. The ideal candidate is versatile, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and replacements, including decks, handrails, doors, gutters and beams
• Assist with preparation and clean-up of construction sites
• Pick up job supplies from vendors as needed
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Carry out landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging)
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools
• Keep grounds clean, safe, and well-presented
• Climb ladders and work on roofs for gutter cleaning and repairs
• Repair or replace roofing and gutters
• Perform other home maintenance tasks such as sheetrock, painting, and basic electrical work
• Assist with snow removal during winter month by driving a plow truck, snow blowers and shovels.

Requirements

• Previous handyman and construction experience
• Tow trailers, backup trailers a must.
• Operating a manlift, mini and skid steer are helpfull.
• Valid driver’s license (copy required)
• Ability to work independently on certain projects
• Must live in or around the Missoula area
• Reliable personal transportation (job sites vary daily)
• Proficient in safe operation of tools and equipment
• Good physical stamina; ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
