Job Description

To ensure that production lines, plant equipments are maintained in good working condition
Planning of maintenance job – Daily / Monthly / yearly
Preventive Maintenance Activities
Spare Parts Management
Installation and commissioning of new equipments
Utility maintenance
Statutory compliance as per GPCB, UGVCL, Factory act, Safety standards
Data analysis – like break down analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc
Attending to the safety requirements of the plant
Energy conservation
TPM - PM Pillar
Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needs
Support operators and ME dept to implementation of Kaizen
Support and implement safety and environment related projects

KEy KPI can be :
Reduce MTTR

increase MTBF

Control repair & ,maintenance cost

Increase equipment uptime

Timely execution of project
To reduce number of near-miss first aid accident
