Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement maintenance procedures, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and set department goals (KPIs).
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate maintenance technicians; ensure proper workload distribution.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all repair, installation, and upkeep activities; conduct facility inspections; manage spare parts inventory.
  • Budget & Resources: Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and procure necessary tools, equipment, or materials.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to schedule work and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage external contractors and service providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
