Maintenance Head

• Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all machines.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Prepare and control maintenance schedules, budgets, and spares inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with production to support continuous and smooth operations.
• Handle AMC, vendors, and service contractors for maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
• Support audits related to safety, quality, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
