Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically proficient and hands-on Senior Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Head to lead the maintenance activities of our automated production line. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance across all equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical systems using schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain and improve pneumatic and hydraulic systems including valves, cylinders, piping, and clamping/pressing systems.
- Perform programming, debugging, and commissioning of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Manage and optimize motor control systems, including VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and servo drives to ensure precise motion control.
- Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial robotic arms and machine vision systems used in automated assembly.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate various industrial sensors such as proximity, inductive, photoelectric, and transducers.
- Implement systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
- Provide support and maintenance for Ultrasonic welding, soldering machines, and laser marking systems.
- Use CAD tools for layout updates, equipment design, and modification tracking.
- Utilize office software for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Train and coordinate with production personnel to ensure proper equipment usage and first-level maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, equipment uptime, and cost control.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6–8 years of relevant experience,
OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 9–10 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong diagnostic skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and motion control systems
- Hands-on experience with robotics and vision systems
- Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively across teams
- Proficient in MS Office tools and CAD software

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
