Maintenance Helper

As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting maintenance activities to ensure equipment is ready and delivered on time to meet operational needs. Working under direct supervision, you'll follow established maintenance procedures and safety standards, while building your technical skills and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with performing higher-level maintenance tasks under the guidance of a supervisor or technician.
• Accurately record all maintenance data in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system.
• Follow Schlumberger’s maintenance standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Actively participate in training and development through the TLM Competency Management System.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving maintenance efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing equipment availability.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) activities within the maintenance team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
