Job Description: MAINTENANCE INCHARGE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, HVAC

systems, water systems, and utility machinery.

  • Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of production lines.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle calibration of instruments and validation of critical equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for repair and procurement.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analyses, and improvement plans.
  • Support audits (regulatory, GMP, ISO) by ensuring equipment readiness and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, utilities, and HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership and team management ability.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, purified water systems, boilers, air compressors, and packaging

machinery preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,225.82 - ₹49,309.49 per month
