Position: Maintenance Incharge

Location: Lulung Aranya Nivas

Reports To: Property/Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.

• Ensure timely repair and upkeep of all electrical systems, wiring, fittings, and equipment (primary responsibility).

• Attend to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil work as required.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management.

• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors when specialized repair work is required.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, distribution, troubleshooting, safety compliance).

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil repair work.

• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and come up with effective solutions.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience (hospitality sector preferred).

• Physically fit, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Summary:

The ideal candidate should have electricity as their main forte, along with working knowledge of plumbing, woodwork, paintwork, and civil maintenance, to ensure the smooth functioning of all property facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
