Maintenance Manager

Position Overview
The Maintenance Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all plant equipment and utilities at Sehat Medical Devices. This includes HVAC systems, injection molding machines, servo drives, PLC-based control systems, and other electromechanical assets. The role requires ensuring maximum equipment uptime through structured preventive and predictive maintenance, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with medical device manufacturing standards
Key Responsibilities
1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for HVACs, injection molding machines, servo drives, PLC systems, and control systems.

Maintain records of all maintenance activities in line with QMS and ERP requirements.

Conduct condition monitoring and predictive analysis to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
2. Equipment & Utility Management

Ensure smooth functioning of plant utilities including compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, and sterilization support systems.

Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of electromechanical and control systems.

Ensure injection molding machines and associated peripherals operate at optimal efficiency.
3. Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.

Perform corrective maintenance with minimal downtime, coordinating with production to ensure continuity.
4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure maintenance activities comply with DRAP, ISO, GMP, and EHS standards.

Maintain logs, service records, and validation reports for audits.

Support qualification and requalification of equipment after major maintenance.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

Train staff in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe operating practices.

Coordinate with production, QA, and EHS departments for maintenance planning.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:
B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:
5–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (medical devices, plastics, or pharmaceuticals preferred).

Technical Expertise:

HVAC systems (industrial scale, cleanroom environment)

Injection molding machine maintenance

Servo drives and PLC programming/troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)

Electromechanical systems and instrumentation

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, ability to work under pressure.
