Job Description:
Receive, log, categorize and prioritize maintenance requests.
Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and follow up on progress
Update system with details of issues, investigation and actions taken
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending maintenance tasks
Coordinate with stake holders to schedule preventive maintenance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination
Knowledge of maintenance operations and CMMS software (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting
Strong communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
