Electrical Technician/Supervisor

Devsinc is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician/Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

• Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including DB panels, bus ducts, and wiring
• Conduct inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and UPS systems to ensure optimal functioning
• Implement corrective maintenance for circuit breakers in both LT and HT applications
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in all electrical works
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
  
  

Requirements

• Education: B Tech / DAE in Electrical or equivalent degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
• Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and industry regulations
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical fitness and flexibility to work shifts and on-call as needed
