Position: Electrician

We are looking for a qualified Electrician with experience in high-rise buildings to join our maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, repair, and maintenance of all electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and tools.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of all systems.
• Work in coordination with the MEP and facilities team.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an Electrician.
• Experience working in high-rise buildings is mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Electrical or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, panels, and wiring.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
