Age: 25-45 Years.

Job Description:

1) CPHS ( Central Park housing scheme) O&M Complaints monitoring from call center and resolution of these complaints in given timeline.

2) Completion of day to day assigned task of deferent CPHS projects.

3) Monitoring/ resolution of CPHS premise complaints.

4) Preventive maintenance of HT/LT network in Central Park.

5) Raised material demand as per site requirement.

6) Lead team of 3-4 electrician.
