Key Resposibilities:
- Process Analysis & Bottleneck Identification
- Monitor production lines and workflows to identify bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints.
- Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools to understand inefficiencies.
- Develop KPIs to track cycle time, throughput, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Operational Improvement
- Recommend and implement process changes to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to eliminate recurring operational issues.
- Introduce best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time (JIT) production where applicable.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Create short- and long-term improvement roadmaps for factory operations.
- Work with management to align operational efficiency initiatives with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing/operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
