Prodution Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our Luxury Pret production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, embellishments, and finishing standards relevant to the high-end fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the entire production process from sampling to final dispatch.
• Ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining luxury quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, pattern, cutting, and stitching teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage raw material procurement and ensure proper inventory control.
• Supervise quality assurance at all stages of production.
• Train and guide the production team to enhance efficiency and craftsmanship.
• Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Resolve any production issues and maintain timely reporting to management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Luxury Pret Production.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
