Manager Exports - Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Exports to lead and grow our international export operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing export strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of export transactions in compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales and market expansion targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure new international clients, including bulk buyers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Manage vendor registrations and pre-qualification processes to position the company as an approved supplier in target markets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and anticipate industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in managing food exports, with expertise in fruits, vegetables, milk, rice, chicken, and eggs.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
