Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Maintenance to lead our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive industrial experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and optimize equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of all machinery and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to maintain seamless plant operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships for service contracts and spare parts procurement.
• Prepare maintenance reports and present KPIs to management.
• Train and mentor the maintenance team for skill development and succession planning.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 13-15 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, utilities, and automated systems.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and compliance.
