Maintenance Incharge

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical

Experience : 5 - 7 years

Work Timing: 08 hours

Bus Facility Available On Routes:

1. Naroda - Narol - Sarkhej to Changodar

2. Vijay Char Rasta - Iskon - Sarkhej to Changodar

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machining and production equipment
• Handle mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance activities
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and improved equipment reliability
• Lead, guide, and monitor the maintenance team and technicians
• Coordinate with production for maintenance scheduling
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of machining maintenance (CNC, conventional machines, etc.)
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, panels, motors, and troubleshooting
• Proven team handling and supervisory skills
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
