Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance & Production)

We are a 30-year-old mechanical engineering company based at Suraram, Jeedimetla - Hyderabad. -
We have an opening for a Maintenance & Production Supervisor / Incharge.
Maintenance Supervisor / Incharge Role:
Have technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
Have exposure to PLC's, Servo Motors and Drives.
Have problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure optimum production
Have good communication skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Manage a team of production people on the shop floor

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for making sure manufacturing equipment and production processes run safely and cost-effectively.
Maintenance of equipment involves working with operators to solve problems with the production machinery.
Optimisation of production by improving efficiency and monitoring processes for improvements. Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in maintenance/production for 8 to 10 years is mandatory.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI - Fitter Grade
A formal degree is not a necessity for experienced candidates.
