Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Incharge to oversee all maintenance activities at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, machinery, and building systems operate efficiently and safely.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a maintenance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and resolve issues
• Manage maintenance staff and assign tasks efficiently
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Prepare maintenance reports for management

Requirements

• Proven experience as Maintenance Incharge / Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field (preferred)
• Minimum [X] years of experience in maintenance management.
