Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM): Develop, implement, and monitor a strict preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery, including block cutters, bridge saws, polishing machines, and water treatment plants.
• Troubleshooting & Breakdown Management: Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures to reduce downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff (fitters, electricians, helpers), ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Inventory & Spares Management: Maintain critical spare parts, monitor inventory levels, and order necessary tools or replacements to ensure immediate availability during repairs.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage external contractors for specialized machine repairs or facility upgrades.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry health and safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents) to prevent accidents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of repairs, maintenance activities, machine history, and costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
