Maintenance of the Site

· Maintenance documentation according to cGMP.

· To ensure smooth running of IPL Hygiene and Maintenance department.

· To support maintenance department in their day-to-day operations

· Check Lists

· Log Book

· Work Orders

· Follow Ups.

· Follow up maintenance Annual Plan.

· To ensures and check all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP’s

· To ensures and check that Maintenance Department targets are being met such as minimum down time and break downs

· To ensures and check root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support

· To ensures and check maintenance processes so that all works are completed as efficiently as possible and to the required quality standards

· To ensures and check standard maintenance tasks and other relevant documents and to drive continuous improvement and efficiency

· To ensures and check Mechanical maintenance team via effective training, mentoring, coaching, motivating, performance managing and communication

· Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocates work.

· Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.

· Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.

· Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

· To perform visit of facility at the day end to check for proper closing of the manufacturing areas.

· Verification of the activities performed by the subordinates

· To perform any other task assigned by the management

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
