Maintenance Lead

In this versatile position, you will report directly to the Cell Lead and be jointly responsible for continuous improvement in production through progressive maintenance of the systems and systematic error elimination. You will also supervise the maintenance work for the IWS cells area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture, applying maintenance standards and systems.

Position:

• Assume the function of technical manager within the assigned cell.
• Systematically eliminate and prevent maintenance and technology-related disruptions through in-depth technical analysis of machines.
• Ensure a smooth technical production process within the cell while improving and increasing machine performance and efficiencies.
• Lead teams in resolving technical issues, including assisting in setting standards and countermeasures to avoid plant failures.
Support the line manager in developing quarterly plans and targets.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and use tools for process improvement.
• Preferred industries: FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive.
Soft skills: communication, time management, conflict resolution.
