Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of facilities associates and porters.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager.
  • Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
  • Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with maintenance software and tools.
