At Greencroft Goshen, we’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who takes pride in keeping a campus running safely and smoothly. If you like variety in your day, working with your hands, and being the person others count on to get things done—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily maintenance operations across our campus
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems
• Complete work orders efficiently and stay ahead on preventative maintenance
• Assist with projects, room setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal)
• Serve as a go-to leader to keep operations moving and support the team

What You Bring

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (facility, commercial, or similar)
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, being on your feet)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to step into a leadership role

Schedule & On-Call

• Full-time, day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rotating on-call for evenings and weekends
