Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of our machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of industrial machines. Experience in jewelry manufacturing processes will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime of machines and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, records, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance work does not affect delivery timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff for skill development and safety awareness.
• Liaise with external vendors or service providers when specialized repairs are required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of machinery repair and preventive maintenance.
• Jewelry manufacturing machinery experience will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
