Job Opening : Maintenance Manager

Location : Ankleshwar

Experience : 8 – 10 Years

CTC : Up to 8 LPA

Education : B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and oversee all maintenance operations across plant and equipment.

* Ensure smooth functioning of utilities, production machinery, and critical plant assets.

* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

* Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.

* Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for maintenance support.

* Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance activities, audits, and compliance.

* Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations.

* Lead and guide the maintenance team, ensuring training and skill development.

Key Requirements:

* 8–10 years of proven experience in maintenance management.

* Experience in the intermediate / food color industry preferred.

* Strong knowledge of utilities, mechanical maintenance.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
