Maintenance Manager

Enhances and promotes Maintenance Vision by providing strong leadership, setting strategic directions, goals and priorities and taking a proactive approach to problems solving. Participates in the process of planning and developing long range objectives for the Division.

Develops, designs and implements functional and innovative policies and programs that enhance the overall business performance based on long-term goals.

Contributes to the continuous improvement of divisional performance through analysis and the development and implementation of sound management practices and procedures, provides program management staff with direction and guidance, processes and tools to increase efficiencies and improve effectiveness of the services provided by this section.

Leads maintenance unit management staff through a process of planning and developing long range objectives and leading by example, provides broad leadership to management staff who are accountable for implementing the plans. Directs, through direct reports, all activities of the section, delegating management responsibility.

Participates in complex organizational and management change initiatives, fostering a dynamic workplace that supports and is conducive to a high level of performance and continuous learning.

Managing a wide range of technical departments from technical; administrative; financial point of views.

Planning and managing of different kinds of ENGINEERING PROJECTS in relation to my carrier.

Planning and controlling of all budget policies related to any technical issues in the field of my knowledge; know-how and experience; as well as preparing and present the annual business plan along with the budget team to the board.

Managing; maintaining and direct supervising of most maintenance activities (preventive, corrective & predictive) for the whole fleet (trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts, batching plants; transit mixers; concrete pumps; power supply generators; earth moving equipment…. etc). in the following fields: -

v All transportation activities from Operation; Asset Maintenance Management zones.

v Different kinds of ready-mix industry issues in the field of operation and maintenance

v Managing and technical supervising of power supply houses business including renting; dispatching and field controlling activities

Manage health, safety and environmental areas to ensure that the plant facilities operate in compliance with regulations at all levels.

Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.

Review; analyze and set up maintenance KPI’s.

Very good experience in transportation; ready mix and construction equipment and machineries maintenance issues.

Maintenance / Asset Management Key Activities.

Fixing and monitoring KPIs related to Efficiency and Effectiveness; Tactical; Functional { i.e. Maintenance, Planning, Utilization, Productivity, Safety, Training, …)

Quality Inspection; Assurance & Control Leadership Management, Team Building, Motivation, Communication, Time Management Analytical Ability, Financial Analysis, Critical & Strategically Thinking, Decision Making and Problem Solving Computer Related Skills (MS Office Applications and Internet Usage). Ability to Work under High Work Pressure in line to Planning and Scheduling of all Tasks Issues
