Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site electrical works for our construction project. This role involves supervising foremen and technicians, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with foremen and technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, technical specs, and safety regulations.
• Assist the Electrical Engineer in planning work schedules and solving site issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports and track manpower and material usage.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 10 - 15 years in a similar role, preferably on construction sites.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on safety and quality
