Urgent Requirement – Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers for Supervisory Roles

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Project: Food Processing Facility – Building Construction
Experience: Minimum 10 years (Saudi experience preferred)

We are seeking experienced and qualified Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineer Supervisors to join our team for the construction of a Seafood Processing Facility in Jeddah.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Saudi experience is strongly preferred.
• Civil Supervisors: Proven experience in Structural Steel works.
• Mechanical Supervisors: Strong installation experience in industrial and building projects.
• Electrical Supervisors: Proven QA/QC experience in electrical works and systems.
• Strong ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily site supervision and monitoring of work progress, quality, and HSE compliance.
• ➤ Spend 80% of time on-site, actively monitoring activities and ensuring safety remains the top priority.
• ➤ Remaining 20% for desk work and documentation.
• Issuance of Work Permits to ensure controlled site activities.
• Inspection of Works based on Contractor’s Inspection Requests (IRs).
• Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) – review and approval.
• Witness and verify all site tests for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams on all project-related matters.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Capture and update site progress photographs in project shared folders.
• Document and report all site incidents immediately.
• Attend site progress meetings and provide updates.
• Identify and report non-conformities, following up on corrective actions.
• Conduct site surveys during initiation and planning stages.
• Verify As-Built drawings before project close-out.
• Perform any other project-related tasks as required.
