KRA – Maintenance Department
1. Breakdown & Repair Management
- Respond promptly to equipment and facility breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Minimize downtime to avoid disruption in outlet operations.
2. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action
- Identify and analyze the root cause of recurring breakdowns.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
3. Preventive Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before breakdowns occur.
4. Cost Control & Resource Utilization
- Manage repair costs within approved budgets.
- Optimize the use of spare parts, tools, and contractor services.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions for repairs and replacements.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to statutory, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain compliance with fire safety norms.
6. Vendor & AMC Management
- Manage Efficient Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and vendor services.
- Monitor vendor performance for timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdown logs, and spare parts usage.
- Submit regular reports to management on maintenance performance and costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,909.03 - ₹50,000.00 per month
