Maintenance Manager

Lolaab Enterprises is recruiting for our esteemed client in KSA who requires two Maintenance Managers — one for Jeddah and one for Dammam.

Job Description

Maintenance Management
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the efficiency and continuity of production lines and factory equipment.
- Supervise the implementation of plans, periodic and emergency maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with approved procedures and timelines.
Troubleshooting and Analysis:
- Analyze technical faults and their causes using modern tools and methodologies to identify root causes and improve performance.
- Develop solutions and proposals to enhance the efficiency of equipment and reduce downtime.

Team Management:
- Supervise the maintenance team, coordinate and delegate tasks among members, and ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Coordination with Other Departments:
- Coordinate with production and planning departments to ensure production continuity and plan for preventive maintenance.
- Prepare spare parts lists and ensure their availability in coordination with the warehouse department.
- Communicate with technical suppliers to procure the necessary equipment and services.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Monitor and document maintenance activities and periodic reports, and implement corrective actions to avoid recurring issues.
- Ensure availability and archiving of maintenance records and technical documents, and develop improvement reports.
- Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and procedures and adapt them to the company’s future needs and strategies.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety and occupational health standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience of at least 7 years in the field of industrial maintenance, preferably in feed or food manufacturing plants.
- Experience in managing teams and technical supervision of maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with modern maintenance systems such as ERP, Asset Management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Feed Milling.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High technical proficiency in complex systems.
- Ability to make sound decisions and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs749,490.00 per month
